As you discribed the inspection report I find it to be a very
generic report. Kind of like a guessing game without making
contact with the AHJ to clarify what he is reporting about. I
suggest you doing that first before you do anything. Then you
know what his explicit complaint is.
The complaint may be that you put two conductors under a
copression connector approved for only one conductor in the meter
base, in the main connections inside the panel or on the neutral
bar main connection or the grounding bar main connection or you
have installed more than one white branch circuit neutral or
grounded wire under the same screw of the neutral bar, or you
have installed 1/2 size breaker where full size breakers only are
listed and labeled for use in that panel. Could be an intirely
different complaint that I didn't even think of using his terms
of his report.
I would strongly suggest that you contact the Inspector by phone
and ask him to clarify his thoughts on his inspection report.
Then come back in and we may be able to answer as to where he is
coming from, and what to do to correct the infraction he speaks
of.
See you soon
